When the Electric G-Class hit the market, customers were understandably skeptical. So we turned to a part of the customer journey that already mattered to them: the testing series. And introduced the most competent judges of the new Electric G-Class: traditional Gs. Because who could judge a G-Class better than a G-Class?

Welcome to the G-Testing Hub, from which we send the Electric G-Class to different moments in time to be judged by a variety of traditional Gs.
Travel to the 1980s, where the Electric G-Class meets the G 280 GE on the legendary Schöckl — an adventure inspired by icons like MacGyver.
Travel to the 1990s, where the young contender is tested by the G 300 GE in its natural habitat — a tribute to wildlife documentaries narrated by David Attenborough at the time, and a subtle nod to the sustainability aspect of the new G.
Or travel to the 2000s, where it meets the G 63 and is tested in the frosty, rough extremes of pixelated computer games, with social media still in its infancy.
