No matter where we look, people seem to be drifting apart, building walls between one another. The topic of gender equality, in particular, has the power to divide, rather than unite us around a common goal. For Women’s Day 2025, the objective was clear: find an approach that fosters connection and creates an impact without finger-pointing. With Mercedes-Benz, we brought diverse personalities and influencers into the series Double Portraits, encouraging genuine listening, openness about personal experiences, and reflection on how we can drive change forward. Together.
As the foundation for every conversation, we produced a card game called Fuel the Conversation. Each card poses a different personal question about how we feel and behave in our everyday lives, ranging from light-hearted to more profound. It’s an invitation to come together, to be genuinely curious, and in doing so, take part in meaningful conversations that help us understand one another better – bridging the gap between all genders.
